The WI SFI® SIC program participating companies have made this form available in order to respond to questions about site-specific forest practices that appear inconsistent with SFI® Standards. All Inquiry Forms are investigated in the strictest confidence by the program’s third-party monitor. The monitor is not an enforcement agency, nor does the monitor have the authority to mediate a complaint.
